  •   Check in is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.,
       late arrivals must contact us by 4 p.m. or
       risk your room being resold.
  •   Check out is 10 a.m.
  •   Continental breakfast prior to 7:30 a.m.
  •   Full breakfast is served after 7:30 a.m.
      Kim's Seward B&B is a NON-SMOKING facility.
      For our guests with allergies, NO PETS
      In Alaskan tradition, we ask that guests
       remove their shoes when inside the B&B.
  •   Absolutely NO COOKING is allowed by guests
       in rooms or common areas.
      Sorry, for the safety of our guests we do
       not offer kitchen (cooking) privileges.

OUR RATES  

 
      Kim's Forest Bed & Breakfast offers a variety of rooms and room combinations.
      There are a total of six rooms available.
      All single room rates are based on Double Occupancy, additional guests rates are $50 per person, per night.
      Please visit our reservation page to book a room or contact us if you have questions.
      A deposit of half down will hold your reservation.
      Rates DO NOT include the 3% bed tax.
      Room prices include daily maid service. However, tips are always appreciated.
      Full payment is due upon arrival.
  •   We gladly accept cash, check, money order, Visa or MasterCard.
  •   Full refunds are available if made within 14 days of reservation and MUST be submitted via email, writing or by fax.
  •   Cancellations made less than 14 days from reservation or no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount with a $20 processing fee.
